CPR Trainer

Ms. Billups is a registered nurse, a Maternal Child Specialist (having a Certified Nurse-Midwifery Certificate from Baylor College of Medicine) and has a MS in Health Care Administration. She is a past Clinic Director for the UTMB Regional Maternal and Child Health Program at the Prairie View Clinic in Prairie View, TX and for the UTMB Regional Maternal and Child Health Program Stafford Clinic in Stafford, TX. Currently she is a Training Center faculty member for Therapeutic Professionals, providing training in BLS CPR and is also the Staff Certified Nurse-Midwife for the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) at Katy.
